Scope and Contents The Army of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AFBiH) [Vojska Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine (VFBiH)], was established on 18 March 1994, but officially came into being only after the Dayton Peace Agreement was signed on 14 December 1995.
