Domenick DiPasquale served as a US Foreign Service Agent in the US Department of State. He spent much of his career in Europe and the Balkans, and was stationed at the American Culture Center in Sarajevo from 1987-1989. After moving on, he continued to take an interest in the developments throughout Yugoslavia and its successor states.He amassed a significant personal collection of some 3,600 newspaper clippings, articles, and documents, photographs, maps, and periodicals.
