Scope and Contents

This series consists of nationally-distributed magazines and newspapers with a generally anarchist, underground, or counterculture focus. Represented publications include Anarchy: A Journal of Desire Armed, Z Magazine, Ideas and Action, and Kick it Over. The materials are organized into sub-series by name of publication, and are arranged chronologically within each sub-series.

Scope and Contents Z Magazine, founded in 1988, is an independent monthly periodical published by Z Communications. The magazine is generally socialist and anti-capitalist in nature, and covers political, cultural, and foreign affairs topics.
