Arm the Spirit - newsletter/bulletin published by Arm the Spirit in Toronto, Canada, between 1990 and 2000. The group was an "information collective" with an autonomist and anti-imperialist focus, and the newsletter primarily included articles about militant and revolutionary struggles in Canada and other nations.
