Afrikan Ink - newspaper published by the Black Student Union at Indiana University in Bloomington. Includes articles about African-American issues on the IU campus as well as the Bloomington community as a whole.

American Pain - zine, published in Indianapolis, Indiana by an unknown author. Generally counterculture in focus, but not specifically anarchist. Highly critical of mainstream American society, primarily environmental policies, the school system, capitalism, and popular culture. Unknown date range of publication.

Anarchy in the Here and Now - essay published by the Bloomington Anarchist Union, Bloomington, Indiana. Written by Joseph Average (pseudonym of Joseph Heathcott). Discusses the "what," "why," "how," and "when" aspects of anarchism, providing background on the basic assumptions of anarchists and ways to implement them.

Bedwetting - zine, published in Bloomington, Indiana by Matt (no surname provided) and several other contributors. The author claims not to support any particular social, religious, or political ideologies. Consists primarily of personal musings about society and culture, as well as articles about political issues and anarchy. Includes article by Joseph Average (pseudonym of Joseph Heathcott).

Betrayal - 1-page flyer for a November 23 (no year provided) meeting of the International Socialist Organization, with handwritten comments added by Joseph Heathcott in opposition to the flyer's rhetoric

Blooming Peace - newsletter of the Bloomington Peace and Justice Center. Newsletters consist of national anti-war and pro-environmentalism stories, as well as updates on local peace activism and related events. This group appears to have merged with several other Bloomington-area peace and anti-war groups to form the Bloomington Peace Action Coalition in 2001.

The Bloomington Anarchist Picnic and Gathering - packet of information regarding event held Friday October 2 until Sunday October 4, 1992. Joseph Heathcott appears to have been largely responsible for the organization of this event. Packet includes an introduction and background on the Bloomington anarchists, as well as a schedule, program information, and directions to the event.

Bloomington Anarchist Union - packet of materials apparently compiled by the Bloomington Anarchist Union. Includes a flyer describing the nature and purposes of the organzation, as well as other flyers for local and national anarchist events. Finally, the packet includes a survey form for submissions to (Dis)Connection magazine, published by Autonomous Zone in Chicago, Illinois.

Bloomington Community Radio - flyer for Bloomington Community Radio station, including advertisement for public meeting held 5 March 1992.

Bloomington Solidarity - leaflet, published by Bloomington Solidarity group. Describes the nature of the organization, their past activities, and scheduled events for Spring 1993.

Bloomington Voice - independent newspaper published in Bloomington, Indiana. Progressive, underground paper focused on left-leaning political issues in the Bloomington area. Articles include environmental criticism and criticism of gentrification, as well as music reviews and articles about social and cultural events.

Boredoom - comic zine, published by Zac Burke in Bloomington Indiana. Founded 1987. Includes several unrelated comic strips, some compiled and mashed up from newspapers and other sources. Generally counterculture and anti-authoritarian.

Cedar Goes to Guns N' Roses - zine, written by Cedar Martin and published by Bore Doom. A loosely constructed fantasy of Cedar going to a Guns N' Roses concert and meeting one of the band members backstage. Also includes hand drawings and photocopied images.

Firehouse Broadcasting Chatterbox - newsletter published by Fire House Broadcasting, WFHB 91.3 FM. Includes updates on radio station activities and programs, as well as music reviews.

Disorientation '92 - alternative, underground "orientation" newspaper for incoming Indiana University students. Serves as an introduction to the Bloomington progressive community and organizations, and provides alternative viewpoints of the university and the local area. The newspaper was published by the Collective Effort Coalition.

GED Information - photocopied newspaper announcement of GED testing center in Mondroe County, Indiana, 24 February 1993.

Harmful Matter - zine, published by Jeff Subhumyn in Terre Haute, Indiana. Focused on the idea of liberation and free choice, and strongly against oppression and discrimination in all forms. Subhumyn later participated in various zine and underground projects in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Introducing Micky's Pink Butthole - zine, published by Kate M. in Bloomington, Indiana. Feminist in nature, with original and photocopied articles and images to that effect. Takes the approach of hypersexualizing men in order to highlight the effects of the hypersexualization of women.

Mis-Pri-Sion one - underground newspaper published in Bloomington, Indiana, and billed as "A Critique of Culture." The editors claim that "The whole of this text is a critique in effect. In itself it is an exploration of the self-subverting potential of the printed medium to expose, analyse, and MISPRIZE the realm circumscribed by the interactivity called culture." Includes articles about deconstructionist philosophy, post-modernism, culture and politics. It appears as though Joseph Heathcott contributed articles to this publication under the name joSepH.

Pinkboy Throws a Shitfit - zine, published by Jeff Subhumyn under his previous pseudonym Pinkboy. Primarily poetry and photocopied collages, of a generally political, anti-authoritarian nature. ALso includes some reprinted articles and letters to the editor.

Questions Remain (PC Slaughter) - zine, published in Bloomington, Indiana by an unknown editor. Anarchist and anti-authoritarian in focus, with articles and collages protesting American military operations overseas and promoting anarchist ideology. Includes an article written by Joseph Heathcott under the pseudonym Trash 'O Brat

The Ryder - magazine, publised by cellar door productions in Bloomington, Indiana. Consists of articles about arts, entertainment, and popular culture, with a generally counterculture or alternative approach. Includes an article by Heathcott under the pseudonym Joseph Average.

Thunder Pussy - zine, published in Indianapolis, Indiana by Bangkok. Counterculture in nature, with a focus on environmentalism, vegetarianism and veganism, opposition to sexism, racism, and other forms of oppression, and opposition to existing political structures and actions in the United States. Unknown date range of publication. Articles from a feminist and anarchist perspective are also included.

Tussin-Up - leaflet, with articles about religion and music. Published by an unknown author in Bloomington, Indiana.

Women and Health: An Overview - informational packet written by Jane Cottingham, originally appearing in Women in Development: A Resource Guide for Organization and Action, published by ISIS Women's International Information and Communication Services. Reprinted by the Bloomington Women's Health Collective in Bloomington, Indiana. Includes overview of health systems, the pharmaceutical industry, the health profession, health and development, health and government, material and childcare, nutrition, and similar topics particularly relevant to women in oppressive societies.
