Faculty Women's Club Records [DOC REC 52]
Scope and Contents
The records of the Faculty Women's Club document the history and activities of the Club from approximately one decade after its inception until after its formal dissolution in 2004. The collection is comprised of five series. The first, Administrative Records, includes the foundational documents of the Club, as well as meeting minutes, Club histories, and insurance information. Series 2, Bulletins and Mailings, consists of bulletins, calendars, circulars, brochures, and other mailings related to Club events and programs. Series 3, Events and Programs, contains planning materials related to selected events held by the Club. Series 4, Financial Records, consists of general transaction ledgers maintained by the Club Treasurer. The final series, Membership, contains yearly rosters of the names, addresses, and phone numbers of Club members. It also includes one folder of member obituaries and correspondence related to donations made in the name of deceased members.

Conditions Governing Access
Series 1-4 are unrestricted. Series 5, membership, is restricted because it contains names and home addresses of former members. Please contact the Archives if you wish to appeal for access to Series 5.
