This folder contains letters of recommendation that Allen Spitzer wrote for former students, which are restricted. Included is a missive from Spitzer to Bill Cate in which Spitzer mentions his own slow recovery from pneumonia. Also here are several recommendations written by Lillian Spitzer after her husband's death.
