Notable correspondence include: minutes of the meeting of the Catholic Anthropological Conference for May 13, 1961; correspondence dealing with the planning for a program meeting of the Catholic Anthropological Association (January and February 1962); notes on a paper by Dorothea F. Sullivan, apparently on a cross-cultural approach to social work, on which Lillian Spitzer was to comment at the program meeting(undated); and an essay on the field of ethnomusicology by Dorothy Harrell of the department of anthropology at The Catholic University of America (undated).
